This Cool Living Air Conditioner is designed to be installed in a standard double hung window with a window width of between 31″ and 43″. It boasts a thermostat range of 64 86 degrees Fahrenheit (cooling only), and a programmable timer that allows you to set the run time anywhere from 0.5 to 24 hours. Included with the unit, is a remote control that has a signal range up to 20 feet. Cools room sizes up to 700 square feet in size with 15,000 BTUs of power.
